___________________________________________________ tasting note: deep red color with violet hues. This varietal offers complex nose of black fruit and spices. Hints of chocolate and tobacco are given by the aging in french and american oak barrels. To the mouth it’s complex and with a persistent finish. Good marriage with red meat, game, seasoned pasta and hard cheeses.
